1. Processing Time

We understand you want your fragrance soon! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India. Delivery usually takes 5-7 working days depending on your location.

Orders below ₹500: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.

Orders above ₹500: FREE Shipping nationwide.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Damaged Goods

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at hello@yashodaye.in or WhatsApp at 9211809715 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.
